The Ombudsperson is a neutral and independent staff member who responds to concerns and complaints from faculty, staff, and students. The Ombudsperson serves as a resource to students and employees who seek to share a concern or complaint or have questions about college policies and can advise in navigating college policy and procedures. The Ombudsperson is not involved in any final decisions impacting student and employee’s concerns.
