2018–2024 Strategic Plan

Stakeholders throughout Germanna Community College worked collaboratively to decide upon six bold College-wide goals as part of the College’s strategic planning process. The 2018–2024 plan aligns with the College mission and highlights current, institution-wide priorities. In addition, each division within the College established measurable objectives to track annual progress on these Strategic Goals.

Goal 1:

Nurture a culture of high performance, innovation and appreciation

Goal 2:

Transform teaching and learning to meet the needs of all students

Goal 3:

Construct an educational and career pipeline for all students from connection through completion

Goal 4:

Eliminate barriers to access and success for all students

Goal 5:

Build a sustainable infrastructure for mission fulfillment

Goal 6:
